譚旨成

I was born in Canada, but spent most of my formative years in the US (Rhode Island). I did my undergraduate from Messiah College, PA, in Biblical and Religious Studies, with a concentration in Congregational Studies. I moved here to Canada in 2012, slowly embracing more of my Canadian heritage and Chinese roots. In 2015, I completed my Master of Divinity from Wycliffe, and worked in a variety of ministries including chaplaincy in the Salvation Army. I recently completed a MTS (Master of Theological Studies), with a thesis on Chinese immigrant readings of the book of Ruth. God has called me to serve with AFC as a student ministry staff, to work in partnership with my co-workers and Chinese students to further God’s Kingdom. I am passionate in cultivating relationships with students, empowering student leaders to be lifelong learners of Scripture and followers of Jesus.
