Jillian Chong

Having lived in different countries and worked in different missions organizations, I have experienced being part of the powerful majority and also being one of the marginalized in the community. Thus, I am harnessing what I have learned from these experiences to invite others to co-create life-giving ecosystems where all creation can flourish. I am excited to discover this alongside the students God has entrusted in our care at AFC. During my sabbaths, I love experimenting with recipes and sharing food with friends. In the summertime, I enjoy playing Ultimate and Stand Up paddle boarding. I live with my husband and our dog on Burnaby Mountain.
