What Makes Life Meaningful?
Abby Lobert - ActFive
Life after high school can feel daunting. Will you go to school? For what? Maybe you'll take a gap year, do an internship, or go on a trip to try something new. Wherever you go, you need to have tools in your toolbelt so that you can thrive. This workshop will challenge participants to think about what tools they have with them as they move forward, and will help them to explore some options that they haven't considered.
Becoming an non-anxious presence
Brandon Ting
We live in what one psychologist calls "the anxious generation," where anxiety, distraction and loneliness often shape our daily lives. But is that all there is? Are reduced screen time, less social media, or more Bible reading and prayer the only solutions? How can we become a "non-anxious presence"? One ancient Jewish rabbi claimed to have the answer: Jesus offers a way to rest amidst restlessness—just what our anxious generation is yearning for. Whether you're searching for answers to today's struggles or simply curious about what Jesus has to offer, this workshop is for you.
Biblical Justice
Christine Lee
Justice means to "make things right". But how can we "make things right" in our society today? Should we focus on social action or sharing our faith? This interactive workshop will get you thinking about social problems today and discuss topics such as poverty, risk, sacrifice and God's final justice for the world.
Science and Faith
Dr. Henry Ho
Does science and the Christian faith go hand in hand? How do we handle some of the scientific claims that conflict with the teachings of the Bible? Does science prove or disprove God? Let us BE BOLD and explore science and faith together- you may be surprised by what you find!
What do I do with my life?
Hannah Lau
How many times have you asked God for His calling in your life? Maybe you’ve received an answer, maybe you haven’t. We all want our lives to mean something, we want to make a difference. But there are so many questions along the way. How do I know if I heard right? Can a calling change over time? How do I discern? This workshop picks apart the honest questions about direction, trajectory, and how we navigate a life of obedience to God.

Life and Faith After High School: Where is God calling me, and how can I practically grow in my faith?
Louis Kim and Lauryn Francisco - Redeemer
In this session we are going to zoom out a little bit and think about some of the big questions. What am I passionate about? What are my talents? Where do I see need in the world? How do these impact what I want to study and how to choose a career? Some of you might know exactly what you are hoping to do, regardless this session will help you to start working towards an idea of vocation.
We will also explore practical ways in which you can actively grow in your faith and make it your own after you leave the four walls of your school/home. Come join us as we wrestle with why many leave their faith or become/stay lukewarm as they enter this next stage of their lives, and how we can ensure that does not happen to us.
How to be a Christian on the Weekdays (Not Just a "Sunday" Christian, but everyday)
Mark Lee Chan
How do you be a Christian outside of church? The answer to that question depends on what you believe makes someone Christian. Is a Christian someone who calls themselves a Christian? Someone who believes that God exists? Someone who does more good things than bad? In this workshop we will explore what it means to be Christian, as well as some practical tools for living our faith out everyday!

Why Should I?
Mindy Kim
There seem to be a lot of Do's and Don'ts that come with being a Christian. Do you ever ask why Christians should read the Bible? Why pray? Why go to church? Come learn about some of those things (because you can't learn about everything in this one workshop) and ask some of your questions. Hopefully, you'll leave with some answers that will help you understand the Christian faith better so that you really can put your whole heart into it.
Cultivating Compassion
Pastor Will Lee
Are you compassionate? Do you lack compassion? God has commanded his people to have a Christlike care and concern for others. But we are not left to ourselves to figure it out on our own. Jesus teaches us how to cultivate this compassion perspective both in our minds and in our hearts. Are you ready to listen?"
